A modern clubhouse will be erected adjacent to the 9th green as part of the development. The clubhouse has been designed to accommodate the residents as well as casual golfers. A licensed restaurant / café are planned and space has been set aside for a pro-shop and a private recreation area for resident’s use.

Security for residents has been a major consideration in the design of the project. The grounds surrounding the townhouse units will be protected by security fencing and gate access will be for authorized traffic only.

Also incorporated in the design is a fully integrated water management system whereby the primary source of water to each residence is through the harvesting and storage of rainwater. Rainwater collected from each townhouses colorbond roof is stored in its own 28,000 litre underground tank and is connected to bathrooms, laundry and auxiliary taps, ensuring an eco-friendly development with water the way nature intended. Potable water from the Council supply will be connected to the kitchen tap. A specially designed wastewater treatment plant is included in the water management system and provides for the collection of grey water and run off to augment the irrigation system of the golf course, our most valuable asset.

Designed into the project are three heated in-ground concrete swimming pools complete with amenities, shaded areas and BBQ’s. A full size tennis court is also planned as part of stage 1. These amenities are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests and are fully maintained by our staff.

Landscaped areas surrounding the townhouse units are fully maintained by greenkeepers employed by the golf course.
